/ world today news/ 65-year-old Nikolay Radulov is a teacher of national and international security, a professor at the New Bulgarian University. He was the secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from February 17, 1997 to December 3, 1998. He was appointed during the caretaker government of Stefan Sofianski and left Ivan Kostov.
Prof. Nikolay Radulov is one of the experts that Slavi Trifonov presented as part of the team of “There is such a people” when the party was founded. In the elections on April 4, he was elected as a member of parliament, but gave up his seat in parliament.
His professional activity in the Ministry of Internal Affairs began in 1981 at Parvo RPU – Sofia and ended in 1999 as secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He was a detective in the First Police Station. He held government and corporate positions in the field of security.
