Krum Zarkov denies meeting with former ministers after founding his own political project
Yes, we are talking to Kiril Petkov, the candidate for MP from “There is such a people” Mika Zaykova told “24 Chasa” after the former acting Minister of Economy caused great confusion in the party headquarters of BSP and “There is such a people” with his statement that talks are being held with their members.
The current leader of “We continue the change” explained that reliable partners of their formation after the vote will be “Democratic Bulgaria” and “Stand up BG! We are coming! ”, But they are also in contact with individual members of ITN and the Socialist Party. To which their leaders Slavi Trifonov and Cornelia Ninova reacted with angry messages that this is not true.
“Kiril Petkov has not had conversations with me or with members of leading positions in ITN. So I will not use the word “lie”, but I will say that Kiril Petkov is telling lies “, Trifonov wrote on Facebook. None of the legitimate bodies of the party knows about such talks, and if someone does it on our behalf, let it be known that he is not authorized “, came out with the position of the BSP EB. Thus, Asen Vassilev had to name the names of the mysterious representatives of the Reds and the people of Slavi, with whom they spoke, and with the specification that he was only friendly.
Zaykova did not meet with Petkov, but only talked on the phone about specific issues, she kindly explained to 24 Chasa. In one of their last conversations, she sought him out for contact with his heiress Daniela Vezieva.
“I wanted to ask her some questions about a problem in VMZ-Sopot. I just asked him to help me. We also hear from time to time. He calls. Ever since I was an MP, I have asked him to solve various problems, but I keep in good contact with everyone. I have good acquaintances in all parliamentary forces “, explained Zaykova.
She denied that there was a “warm connection” between Slavi’s party and the new formation of Petkov and Vassilev. “If the leaders of the two parties want me to be such a contact, it is with the greatest pleasure,” the economist added, explaining that she expects to see the “Continue Change” program first, which is due to be announced today. She did not hear from Vassilev soon, but expressed readiness to talk as “fellow economists” if he looked for her.
“We have had friendly talks, but not in the last month, not since they became a political force,” KSP Zarkov of the BSP told 24 Chassa. He described meetings between him and the two former ministers as impossible because they should take place with the leadership of the left, not with individual party members. “Now we have registered for a competition and after the election results we can talk, but through the legitimate bodies of any political force,” the socialist lawyer added.
