Slack Pricing: Is It Worth the Cost? Compare Features and Integrations

Slack certainly isn’t cheap, especially when you look at its feature set:
Free €0/month/user
Pro €6.75/month/user
Business+ €11.75/month/user
Enterprise Grid ~€30/maand/user

A lot of security features that you actually need are behind the Enterprise Grid subscription. Things like Audit logs, HIPAA compliance, DLP (integration), legal holds, etc. A subscription of ~30/month/user

A few years ago I was able to integrate the Business+ with O365 (use next to MS Teams) and that was not a pleasant experience. Integration is ‘jankie’ and that feels like not MS’s problem. Sure Slack is a competitor of MS Teams, but other competing products compared to. MS often have better integration than what Slack has. I also wasn’t a fan of Business+’s Slack admin backend…
