Slack integrates video calls from Microsoft Teams and Zoom

In addition to Microsoft Teams, Slack is now also supporting VoIP calls via zoom, Cisco Jabber, Ringcentral and Dialpad. This enables Slack users to use these providers for calls directly from the Slack interface. Slack already has an integration for the video conferencing service Cisco Webex in the program.

Corona crisis causes rush to Slack

Last month, Slack said it saw an increase in calls made from the chat app of almost 350 percent.
