Skyss informs about errors with its own services – yet they hand out fines

Jenny Luneng was fined on the Bybanen, even though she had tried to buy a ticket. Now she feels unfairly treated.

On Thursday morning, Skyss reported problems when buying tickets. Some experienced being charged twice when purchasing, while others did not get tickets at all.

Skyss admits that this is a known problem and that it has happened several times.
