Satellite operator Skylink faced a complete outage of its services on Monday. He apologized for the inconvenience on his website and on Facebook.
“Dear customers, today in the early evening there was a failure of all Skylink satellite television programs throughout the Czech Republic. The fault has already been rectified. If satellite TV still does not work for you, please turn your satellite receiver off and on. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, “said the company.
She provided similar information to her customers in Slovakia.
The outage started around half past six in the evening, and according to customer reactions, the Skylink applications and websites did not work either. In about half an hour, the services were resumed.
