Sky Sport Austria broadcasts from a new studio in Vienna-Auhof

On 270 square meters, the Sky Studio shines in fresh splendor from Friday.

Sky used the Bundesliga’s winter break to build a new, state-of-the-art studio. For the concept, Sky hired the designer Florian Wieder, who has already designed sets for the MTV Video Music Awards and the program “Wetten, dass…?” designed. The new studio will be officially inaugurated at the spring opener against SK Rapid against Red Bull Salzburg on Friday. In addition to the live broadcasts of the Admira Bundesliga, the free-to-air formats Dein Verein, Die Abstauber and the discussion classic Talk & Tore are also produced in the new Sky Studio.

66 square meters of LED walls

The Sky Studio shines in fresh splendor on 270 square meters. Characteristic of the new studio are the 66 square meter LED walls with razor-sharp resolution and the sophisticated lighting technology. The multifunctional moderation table is located in the heart of the studio. For the redesign of the studio, five tons were moved and distributed over 3.6 km of cable.
