The Czech car manufacturer Škoda has published images of the new generation Kodiaq and Superb models, allowing you to take a look at their showrooms before the official premiere.
Both the latest Kodiaq and Superb come with a new front fascia and center console. The most noticeable difference is the gearshift lever of the DSG box, which is now located behind the steering wheel, freeing up more space for the center console and its built-in accessories compartments, two smartphone charging and active cooling niches.
The driver and passengers also have digital gauges and a 13-inch freestanding multimedia screen, which is larger than ever before.
Also new is the Smart Dial button placed below it – customizable rotary push buttons with a digital display used to access various functions such as interior temperature control, seat heating and seat ventilation or infotainment system volume, driving modes and map zoom , while their displays provide a quick and complete overview.
To this should be added USB-C ports built into the rearview mirror (up to four ports), interior background lighting, Simply Clever solutions (ice scraper and umbrella in the door), as well as a tribute to a sustainable and environmentally friendly policy – a variant with Ergo seats, which has a pneumatic massage function and seat cushions made from 100% recycled polyester.
