Exactly two weeks after the premiere of Skoda’s first electric vRS model, the Czech company announced that it was entering production at the company’s factory in Mlada Boleslav. In addition to the most refined version of the model, the Czechs will produce the standard Enyaq iV Coupe with a different drive. Along with the coupe-like version of the electric crossover, the standard version of the Enyaq is also produced, as well as the Fabia, Kamiq, Karoq, Scala and Octavia.
The Enyaq iV Coupe boasts an attractive look, which also contributes to an extremely low drag coefficient of just 0.234cd. This is also the lowest value in this class according to Skoda, as the Czech engineers have managed to surpass the technically connected cousin of Volkswagen – ID.5. electric motor with 177 horsepower and 201 horsepower. The maximum mileage can reach 545 kilometers, with the version with a stronger engine and a larger battery.
The top vRS version has two electric motors, one on each axle, which generates 295 horsepower and 460 Newton meters, which drive the four wheels and allow acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.5 seconds. The first deliveries of Enyaq Coupe iV should start in the coming months, and orders will be accepted in the coming days.
