Jakarta –
Gilang Widya Pramana or skipper 99 finally open the voice regarding the ownership of his private jet. As it turned out, the private jet was just a cooperation contract.
“If I explain about the jet, my client or Pak Gilang has a cooperative relationship,” said Gilang’s attorney, Arman Hanis, at Tower J99, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, Tuesday (22/3/2022).
He said now the cooperative relationship has ended. Therefore, the sticker in the name of skipper 99 been removed from the private jet.
“The cooperation relationship for a certain time is related to the use of the jet and now it has been completed. So the plane doesn’t know where it is anymore. The agreement has ended,” explained Arman.
“It’s cooperation, not buying,” he continued.
Then, about whether the private jet was registered or not, he didn’t say much. “If that’s the case, please ask the person who brought the plane,” he said.
As previously reported, the plane claimed to belong to Gilang Widya Pramana or skipper 99 not registered in Indonesia. Spokesman for the Ministry of Transportation Adita Irawati said that her party could not confirm the owner of the N990MS.
“We can’t confirm it because the N990MS is not an Indonesian registration,” he said detik.com via short message, Sunday (20/3/2022).
Contacted separately, aviation observer Alvin Lie said N is a registration for aircraft registered in the United States (US). As for Indonesia, it is PK. He also said that the status of this plane was a charter plane.
“In Indonesia, the status of the N990MS aircraft is leased, not owned by Indonesians. If it is owned by Indonesians, the Indonesian registration will automatically register PK,” he said.
According to him, the information of the owner of the plane can be traced. He said anyone could claim the plane. However, legally the plane does not belong to an Indonesian or even if it belongs to an Indonesian it is possible to use an American company to register there.
“If only talk to the media, please. But legally, it doesn’t belong to an Indonesian, or if it’s an Indonesian, maybe he uses an American company to be registered in America,” he explained.
