After two years of hiatus due to health restrictions resulting from Covid-19, Skimetraje, the international ski and snowboard film festival, is back.
This will be the ninth edition and will take place in Pamplona-Iruña on 2, 3, 4 and 5 November. The official poster features a photograph of Yhabril Moro in the Aragon Valley.
Two big news for this edition: in the first two days (2 and 3 November), Skimetraje will screen international previews of ski and mountain films in a new official venue, Golem Baiona.
The other novelty is that the short films in competition did not have to be recorded in the Pyrenees, as has been requested up to now, but in any part of the world.
On 4 and 5 November, Palazzo Baluarte continues to be the official venue, where in addition to the projections, there will be the traditional Winter Hall exhibition space with free admission.

The official program will soon be made public, as will ticket sales at both venues.
The organization wishes to dedicate this edition to the memory of its presenter, Antxon Arza, from Pamplona, who did so much for the festival. Skimetraje also expresses its gratitude to the authors and to all those people and institutions who have supported and encouraged us to celebrate this ninth edition.
