What if you took advantage of your stay in New York to spend a day… skiing! New York State does have its own Nordic ski resorts and you can experience American-style skiing at Hunter Mountain, a resort about a 2 hour drive from New York in the Catskills Mountains.

The departure is scheduled at 7:30 am in Manhattan, at the corner of 45th Street and 11th Avenue, in front of Gotham Market and not far from the aircraft carrier Intrepid. A guide will welcome you at the foot of the bus and you will just have to show them your printed reservation.
The package for this ski day includes:
- Round-trip transportation from New York in a bus equipped with WiFi.
- The rental of skis or a snowboard with ski boots, poles and a helmet. Don’t forget your sunglasses!
- The ticket for the ski lifts, valid for all areas of the resort.
- A voucher for a hot drink.
The return is scheduled to New York around 8 p.m., at the same place as for the departure.
