In Switzerland you can go skiing, but not everywhere. In the canton of Graubunden, for example, the stations are closed. It is possible in Zermatt, Verbier and Davos. In St. Moritz, about 60 percent of the slopes would open this weekend. About 10 percent of Swiss ski stations are already open. In many other places there is not yet enough snow.
In the ski stations that are open, the police perform checks on compliance with the corona rules, such as wearing a mouth mask and keeping your distance. Measures have also been taken to prevent the spread of the virus, such as keeping the windows in the cable lifts open, the obligation to wear a face mask and the provision of hand gel. Also be aware that in different areas the slopes may be or will be open, but the restaurants and cafes remain closed. So it will not be a skiing holiday as you are used to.
