It was a victory against Örebro Hockey J20 at home with 4-2 (1-1, 2-0, 1-1), and thus it is clear that Skellefteå AIK J20 are Swedish champions. Skellefteå AIK J20 won the J20-SM final men overall with 2-0 in matches.

Örebro Hockey J20’s coach Oscar Dahlgren liked the match:

– Even match today again but we have too bad a second period and don’t manage to turn it around despite a strong finish to the match.

The first period was even. Örebro Hockey J20 started the best and took the lead through Kalle Carlsson after 12.33, but Skellefteå AIK J20 equalized through Leo Bergström just three minutes later. Skellefteå AIK J20 also started the second period the strongest. The team went up to a 3-1 lead through a goal by Oskar Vuollet before Örebro Hockey J20 responded and made it 3-1 through Alexander Zetterberg. Skellefteå AIK J20 punctuated the match with a 4-2 goal with seven seconds left to play again through Oskar Vuollet assisted by Amill Andersson. Thus, Skellefteå AIK J20 had turned the match. That settled the final score at 4-2.

Skellefteå AIK J20’s Oskar Vuollet accounted for three goals and one assist and Viggo Nordlund had three assists.
