SK Bioscience has started a full-scale public offering process with the aim of listing next month.

SK Bioscience announced on the 7th that it had submitted a stock report to the Financial Services Commission on the 5th for listing on the KOSPI. The total number of public offering stocks is 22.95 million shares, the desired public offering price is from 49,000 won to 65,000 won, and the expected public offering amount is up to 1.491.8 billion won.

SK Bioscience plans to make a demand forecast for domestic and foreign institutional investors for two days on the 4th and 5th of next month to confirm the public offering price, and then complete the new listing within the next month through subscription on the 9th and 10th of the same month.

SK Bioscience said, “We will expand our product line and diversify our business by utilizing the R&D platform and biopharmaceutical process and production platform accumulated in the process of vaccine development, production and commercialization.”
