In a press release on Saturday, the police write that it was Chrisander Johansen who died in the accident at Finnsnes, where he himself lived.
The survivors are aware that the name will be published.
The incident is still under investigation, and further questioning and investigations remain.
– The police are therefore not going to comment on the course of events and what has come to light in the case for the time being, says operations manager Per Arve Aas in the Troms police district.

The police reported the collision at 4.37pm on Friday. On X/Twitter they wrote that it appeared to be a serious accident.
The boy received medical help from health personnel at the scene, but his life could not be saved.
When VG spoke to Senja mayor Tom Rune Elisussen shortly afterwards, he was clearly affected.
– It is a very tragic accident that has happened. The municipality has established a crisis team to look after the next of kin and those who have been involved in the accident, he said.

– Unbelievably sad
The driver was a man in his 40s. He has been formally charged in the case and has been questioned.
– He has given his explanation about the sequence of events, so we hope that the investigation will provide the necessary answers, says the man’s lawyer Mads Wallerheim.
– It is a particularly sad case for the relatives of the boy. The driver of the car is also very affected, and finds it incredibly sad, he says further.
