The Ministry of Health advised six ways to achieve an active healthy life for the elderly, most notably: healthy nutrition, entertainment, and adherence to treatment.

And the Qassim Health Ministry stated, through its Twitter account, that for an active healthy life for the elderly, the following advice should be followed: periodic visits to the doctor, and exercise appropriate for their age.

As well as regular treatment, family entertainment with family and friends, and a comprehensive examination for the elderly.
