The head of the Surabaya DPRD, Adi Sutarwijono, said that the bus was carrying a tour group on their way home from Alas Baluran, Banyuwangi. Adi said, the accident occurred when the bus was on its way back to Surabaya.

1. Puji Kuswanto (39)

2. M. Faza Ismail (15).

3. Prabowo Subiyanto (25)

Resident of Sukolilo, Surabaya. He had minor injuries. Namely a bruise on the left hand, an abrasion on the left cheek and an abrasion on the forehead.

4. Ali Akbar Satria Pratama (16)

Students from Mulyorejo, Surabaya. He suffered minor injuries. Namely a torn wound on the head and torn on the chin.
