“The observers saw 20 howitzers, 8 tanks and 6 multiple launch rocket systems,
located in violation of the withdrawal lines in non-government-controlled areas of the Donetsk region, including at 2 landfills and in 3 residential areas, “- said in a statement.
In violation of the withdrawal lines, the militants deployed military equipment in Boykovsky, Makeevka, Donetsk, Ternov, Novoazovsk.

In a residential area of the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk, an OSCE patrol spotted a T-64 tank. The militants deployed 3 howitzers “Gvozdika” of 122 caliber each in Novoazovsk and in Ternovoye.
The SMM also saw 6 tanks, 2 anti-aircraft missile systems and 1 mortar in non-government-controlled areas of Donetsk (Novoazovsk) and Luhansk (Peremozhnoe) regions outside the withdrawal lines but outside the designated weapons storage areas.
The SMM also saw 18 armored combat vehicles in a non-government-controlled area of Donetsk region.
“Including 16 at the training ground, in the zone where, in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Memorandum of September 19, 2014, the deployment of heavy weapons and military equipment is prohibited,” the OSCE said.
