The OSCE observed weapons deployed in violation of withdrawal lines in non-government-controlled areas of Donetsk region.
The observers’ drone spotted them on the territory of the test site near n. settlement Boykovskoe (former Telmanovo). There the invaders deployed 6 Grad multiple launch rocket systems, 6 T-72 tanks and 6 Sani 120 caliber mortars.
The OSCE notes that in this area, in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Memorandum of September 19, 2014, the deployment of heavy weapons and military equipment is prohibited.
In addition, outside the withdrawal lines, but outside designated weapons storage areas, the SMM observed 27 tanks (T-72 and T-64), 12 Frog 122 howitzers, 6 Rapier anti-tank guns, 1 Sani 120 mortar caliber and 10 Strela anti-aircraft missile systems at two training grounds in non-government-controlled areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
The invaders placed all this equipment in the area of n. the village of Ternovoye (Donetsk region) and in the area of Mirny near Luhansk.
In addition, the OSCE observed 13 infantry fighting vehicles, 1 armored personnel carrier and an unidentified armored combat vehicle near the contact line in the Donetsk region. This technique was spotted by an OSCE drone at a training ground near n. p. Boykovskoe.
