Situation in Donbass – OSCE counted over 300 attacks

In the Donetsk region, the OSCE recorded 257 ceasefire violations, including 123 explosions. Among them there are 2 ruptures and 121 explosions of undetermined origin.

According to the OSCE, most of the violations, namely 154, are related to live-fire exercises organized by the militants in the occupied territories. 45 of these occurred within the security zone, of which 35 occurred north of n. p. Svobodnoe and 10 more – to the north-west of n. p. Staropetrovskoe.

The OSCE recalls the violation of the decision of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) of March 3, 2016, which prohibits the conduct of live-fire exercises within the security zone.

Another 109 violations of the ceasefire regime took place outside the security zone: 38 of them were recorded in the Vinogradnoye area, 37 – in the N. p. Manuilovka, 34 – near Pokrovka.

Also in the Donetsk region, the situation was tense in the area of ​​Shirokiny.

In the Luhansk region, the OSCE recorded 81 violations of the ceasefire, including 30 explosions of undetermined origin. Most of the violations occurred in the area of ​​N of the item. Kruglik and Popasnoy.

“According to the SMM, 40 ceasefire violations that observers heard north of Kruglik were live-fire exercises outside the security zone,” the OSCE said.
