Depok –
Jamaludin (36) was shocked when he received a WhatsApp (WA) message from the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes). He was even more shocked after reading the contents of the message.
Jamaludin ‘convicted’ positive COVID-19. Even though he never had a PCR swab test.
Not believing the WA Ministry of Health, he then opened the PeduliLindung application. He was even more surprised because his status showed black, which means he is positive for COVID-19.
“I checked the app CareProtect and got a positive PCR result from the Brawijaya Hospital Depok laboratory. Previously, I had never done a PCR swab even at Brawijaya Hospital in Depok,” said Jamaludin when contacted, Friday (11/2/2022).
He received the positive Corona status since last Wednesday (9/2). Various attempts were made to be able to correct this status.
“I can’t go anywhere for two days. From 03.00 am to night I still call 119 asking how. Then call the hospital,” said Jamal.
Jamaludin admitted that he contacted 119 extension 9 to inquire about the mechanism for correcting the positive status of COVID-19. He was then directed to contact the hospital.
“I contacted the Brawijaya Hospital in Depok via the call center but it didn’t work and I called the emergency room at the Brawijaya Hospital Depok again,” he continued.
He went through a long stage to correct his status in PeduliLindungi. After contacting the hospital, Jamaludin was informed that the status change was being taken care of.
Status Care Protect Back Green
Jamaludin’s status in PeduliLindung finally returned to green, which means negative for COVID-19. He said the status had returned as of Friday (10/2) night.
However, he still apologized in writing from the hospital.
“I asked them for a letter of apology from the hospital in writing to me. There was a form of responsibility and they admitted that it was the hospital’s negligence,” he said.
Jamaludin admitted that he had been treated at Brawijaya Hospital, Depok. However, it was done last year and not for COVID-19 checks.
