34 life-size reproductions of the famous Italian Renaissance sculptor Michelangelo will be exhibited in the grand hall of the majestic Palais de la Bourse, on the Canebière, a stone’s throw from the Old Port. The exhibition « Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel” arrives in Marseille on February 6, after having made a veritable world tour via London, New York, Vancouver and Brisbane. In France, it has already been presented in Lyon and Bordeaux.
Residents of Marseille will be able to admire the details of the famous ceiling of the Sistine Chapel in high definition, and in particular the famous fresco representing Adam and the Last Judgment.
