In a preview of the upcoming October 2nd episode of wives sisters, Janelle Brown tells her husband Kody Brown about her plans to live in a trailer on Coyote Pass. In a few months Janelle will no longer have a home and she will have to buy a trailer. She is frustrated with Kody for not making him a bigger priority. “I don’t have a home,” Janelle tells the cameras.
Janelle plans to move into a trailer at Coyote Pass
In the new wives sisters Clip reveals to Janelle that her landlord is selling the house she rents for herself and her daughter Savannah. After his real estate agent says it was a great deal, he thinks about buying the house from the landlord. Even if it means he can stay, it means he has to pay a mortgage while the Coyote Pass lot remains vacant.

“If I could get this mortgage on this lot in town, that would be the same money that would give me a really good start building here,” Janelle tells the cameras.
Instead, his plan is to pay off a mortgage on Janelle’s old house. He will buy a trailer to live on the property. “I mean, I have to live in a trailer for a few months,” he says. “I want to build something small that we could do in about six months,” Janelle tells Kody.
Kody is concerned about Christine’s share of the family land
Obviously, Christine Brown’s decision to leave Kody has repercussions on the family in every way, including the construction at Coyote Pass. The Brown family has been fighting for the property for years. The wives made few decisions about which conspiracy they would join wives sisters season 16
When Christine leaves, everything changes. A fifth batch is no longer needed. Also, the question arises of what Christine does with the part of her. She owns approximately 17.8% of the property, or 2.58 acres, valued at approximately $ 150,000. What you do with it is up to you. She could keep it or sell it.

Kody explains that he has to do many things to build on earth. “We have to go through an ownership repayment, takeover and line change process. And then Janelle will have a lot to build on at that point ”. But now that Christine is gone, everything has changed. “I’m not sure how we’re going to do it,” admits Kody.
Faced with the threat of homelessness, Janelle feels the pressure. “I don’t know. But here’s the thing. I basically have nowhere to live in 2 months,” she tells Kody.
“I don’t understand. Kody is always so twisted about this. Like I don’t have a house! I don’t have a house!” Janelle says frustratedly to the camera. She has decided to push through her plan to buy a motorhome and live in the countryside, hoping to use the money saved to start building his new home.
