tvAfter years of being married to several women, Kody Brown (54) says he has learned quite a bit about love. He has seen three of his ‘Sister Wives’ leave in recent years and now Kody decides to fully support his remaining wife Robyn (45). However, the latter doesn’t know yet whether she likes that. “It feels disrespectful to the others.”
The ups and downs of the Brown family have been closely followed in recent years in ‘Sister Wives’. But where Kody started his reality adventure with four wives, after a real dose of drama he is left with only one.
Kody has learned a number of lessons from the tumultuous relationship. He is therefore “not interested” in venturing into polygamy, he concludes in the latest episode of ‘Sister Wives: One on One’. “I should tell that other woman that I will never love her as much as I love Robyn,” he said. “Now I know better.”
Later in the episode, his wife also talks about that new future. She is not yet completely convinced that the two of them can find happiness. “It is strange. When I think of Kody, I want to go for it. But I just don’t know how this works,” she continues. “It’s weird. I feel like it’s disrespectful.” She refers to the three women who have left the family in the past three years. In front of the cameras, Robyn has received their blessing to continue her relationship with Kody. “But I need a conversation behind the scenes, straight to my face,” she says.
In the 1990s, Kody already collected his first three wives. Robyn joined the family in 2010. The five were happily together for eleven years, until Christine (51) decided to end the relationship. In 2022, Janelle (54) made the same decision and Meri (52) followed a year later. The family raised eighteen children together. Kody got one with Meri, six with both Janelle and Christine and another two with Robyn. The latter also has three children from a previous marriage.
