Celebrity Siskaeee filed a request to suspend his detention in the pornographic film case. Application for suspension of detention rejected by Polda Metro Jaya.
Director of Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, said that his party had received a letter requesting a suspension of detention from Siskaeee.
“The letter requesting a suspension of the suspect’s detention has been received by investigators,” said Ade Safri in a statement to journalists, Saturday (27/1/2024).
Ade Safri said that currently his party has not been able to grant Siskaeee’s request regarding it detention delay That.
“Currently investigators have not granted the request,” he said.
Ade Safri said that currently his party believes that Siskaeee’s detention is still necessary for the purposes of the investigation.
“On the grounds that the detention is still necessary for the interests and needs of the investigation which is currently ongoing,” he said.
Reasons why Siskaeee has mental disorders
Previously, lawyer Tofan Ginting said that his client, Siskaeee, had a mental disorder. This is the reason why he asked the police for a suspension of detention.
“Our reason is that of course there are considerations that we might ask Mr. Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya that are related also because Siskaeee is experiencing illness, which according to the information – but we have not received a letter from the hospital – is that Siska is experiencing mental disorders, ” said Siskaeee’s attorney, Tofan Agung Ginting, at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday (25/1).
Tofan said that before he was involved in the pornographic film production case, Siskaeee had undergone a psychiatric examination. He also said that his client often injured himself. This mental disorder, he continued, worsened when Siskaeee stumbled upon this case.
“So, Ms. Siskaeee had previously had her mental examination, she was experiencing mental disorders, and if you look at her hands, there were lots of incision marks. Before this case too and during this case too, she had many incisions like that on her hands,” he said.
