Wirecard is a German company that has falsified the accounts claiming to have billions of dollars that it did not have. In Italy, a German Parmalat case has been defined.

As a result of the incident, the English banking supervisory authority (FCA), in fact, prevented the operation of all Wirecard cards worldwide and “consequently also your card with the SisalPay brand“, the company specified in a note available on the official website.
The money available on the SisalPay prepaid card, however, will not be lost. The company explained that users will be contacted to transfer the balance to a new prepaid card, which will be issued by Banca 5 of the Intesa San Paolo Group. In case users are not interested in having this new card, they will be able to “receive information on the safest and most convenient ways to credit or refund the balance on your card.”
Therefore, if the money is safe, it remains a very strong inconvenience: in fact, this liquidity is neither accessible nor usable in any way for several days.
