In accordance with section 2.b. of article 48 of the Order of June 10, 2020, the staff members of the job pools may requestvoluntarily, go into inactive status in the bag or bags that it determines during the first quarter. The deadline for submitting applications begins at midnight on September 2, 2024.
To access the application, you must authenticate yourself using a digital certificate, IdEA user or through a locator in the “Access” tab of the portal of the Interim Provision System (SIPRI) of the Department of Educational Development and Vocational Training, and in the “Procedures” tab choose “Declare yourself inactive”.
Once the application has been completed, you must click on “Go to signature”, choose the signature option (DIPA card, digital certificate or SMS) and click on “Sign and submit”. This generates the document as signed and submitted, obtaining a registered and stamped copy that serves as proof of correct completion of the process, which is recommended to be saved or printed.
Both staff who have a current substitution and those who are participating in an open call for SIPRI applications and are awarded a position will be transferred to the requested “Voluntarily inactive” status when the corresponding substitution ends.
