Sipke Jan Bousema was recently hospitalized for heart complaints. The 44-year-old presenter leaves Thursday through Facebook know that he is happy with the support he has received.
Bousema writes that he received three days of cardiac monitoring, including cardiac catheterization. “Fortunately, the result is good: ‘A beautiful heart’ and ‘Beautiful large men’s vessels'”, he quotes the doctors of the Medical Center Leeuwarden.
“I will be monitored in the near future”, the presenter said. “After this rather tough experience comes insight. (…) I now know that I can really let go of certain tensions and events of the past year, really let go of some people and let them go more.”
In summary, Bousema writes that he wants to listen more to his heart. “It has now been looked at with care and attention and my heart, fortunately, is still beating completely.”
