Complicated draw for Jannik Sinner in Paris-Bercy. The no. 1 in the world, who will enter the scene in the second round in the last Masters 1000 of the season, will have to make his debut against the American Ben Sheltonn. 20, currently in the semi-finals in Basel, or against the Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassimen. 27. Vienna, Musetti surprises Zverev again and flies to the semifinals

While waiting to find him again in Paris, Lorenzo Musetti took the satisfaction of beating Zverev again, from whom he had taken the Olympic bronze this summer in Paris, on the ground of Roland Garros. This time the Carrarino prevailed on a surface less congenial to him, the indoor carpet in Vienna, overcoming the German in the quarterfinals with a score of 2-6, 7-6 (5), 6-4. Musetti was good at never losing patience, even when he let himself come back in the second set, ahead 4-2 and serve and was 3-0 down in the tie-break. He turned the situation around (7-5) and in the third he was impeccable in maintaining the break he had won at the start.

Now he faces Draper in the semifinals, having eliminated Berrettini

In the semi-final Musetti will challenge (3pm, live on Sky Sports) the British Jack Draper, seventh seed, who beat the Czech Tomas Machac 6-3, 3-6, 6-1. Matteo Berrettini, n., didn’t make it to the Tuscan in the penultimate act of the tournament. 41, who, however, lost clearly (6-1, 6-4) to the Russian Karen Khachanov, number 24 in the world.
