According to Andong Branch of the Daegu District Court on the 22nd, Wheesung and his acquaintance A were charged with imprisonment in August of last year for violating the drug management law.
Wheesung is accused of taking Propofol several times in December 2019. In the course of the investigation, the police caught Wheesung’s suspicion of purchasing Propofol and sent it to the prosecution in April last year with prosecution.
It is known that Wheesung admitted all charges along with A, an acquaintance who was accused at the time.
Wheesung’s sentence was scheduled for March 9th.
Earlier, Wheesung was investigated by the prosecution for routine administration of Propofol at Gangnam Dermatology Clinic in Seoul from 2011 to early 2013, but was not charged. In March and April of last year, they were found fallen while taking sleep-inducing and anesthetic drugs.
