Trey Songz, known for the song Bottoms Up, has been sued by a woman for sexual abuse. The 35-year-old singer is said to have sexually abused the woman who wishes to remain anonymous on New Year’s Day 2018.
The two were both present on 31 December at the New Year’s Eve party in rapper Diddy’s house. Trey Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Aldon Neverson, is said to have invited the woman to continue the party at a nightclub in Miami.
There the singer would have forced his hand under her dress and made an attempt to rape, according to court papers that fell into the hands of The Blast.
The woman therefore accuses him of violence and sexual abuse and demands compensation of 10 million dollars (almost 9 million euros). She also claims that she is not the only woman who has been abused by Neverson during the evening in question.
It is not the first time that the singer has appeared negatively in the news. In 2018 he was accused of domestic violence.
The singer is said to have beaten a woman during a party. The judge subsequently imposed a contact ban with the woman.
