EL NUEVO DIARIO, SANTO DOMINGO. -The Dominican singer, Techy Fatule, expressed this Friday that she is not happy about the situation that is happening in the country, when questioned on the subject of the three causes, adding that she feels that “we have gone backwards.”
She explained that before starting the interview on the program “Una Nueva Mañana”, she was in tears because discrimination in general affects her a lot.
He said that he has spoken for the month of pride and that he could not count the number of people who have spoken and expressed hatred in the name of God.
“We cannot live in such a double standard society, not because I am different from you should I be afraid,” he declared.
When approached on the subject of politics, she expressed that she loves it, but that with the tool she has as an artist the level of influence she can and will have, she can do much more.
In an interview with Colombia Alcántara, the artist confessed that it is difficult for her that every time she posts something that she understands is okay, she loses followers, and many people insult her.
“I’m not a sissy artist that you put there and sing. I am a person, a mother and a citizen who pays taxes ”, he expressed.
The interpreter of “Forbid me to see you,” stressed that it has been a dream come true to have appeared on the big screen in Times Square as the cover of Spotify for its Equal campaign, which promotes equality for women in the music industry because “We have a long way to go to talk about equity.”
Regarding her evolution as an art professional, she explained that being a public girl is difficult and that people may not understand that, at 15, like any teenager, she was looking for her identity.
