Singer Pink had an anti-circumcision activist kicked out of a concert she performed last week. While she was performing in Texas in the United States, a spectator placed very close to the stage held up his cell phone on which the message “Circumcision: a cruel and harmful act” was displayed. A gesture which was not insignificant, while Pink has always claimed her Jewish origins.
In images of the incident published on social networks, we see the artist speaking to the man in question. “What is that written? Oh wow,” she said to him as she read the message. “Do you feel good about yourself? You spent all this money to come here and do this?” she continues, before asking security to remove the individual. “He came here tonight to talk about circumcision… Get him out, you need to get this out of here. Get this cancer out,” she then said, remaining calm.
According to the Jewish Chronicle, this is not the first time that the singer has dealt with anti-circumcision activists. She was also the target of attacks on social networks in 2019, after sharing a photo of her son on the beach and whose circumcised penis was clearly visible.
