After the scandal related to “LGBT propaganda” at a nude party in Moscow, singer Philip Kirkorov is desperately trying to appease the Kremlin regime, writes “The New Voice of Ukraine”.
At first he thought a simple “apology” would be enough, claiming that he simply “walked through the wrong door”, but then he decided to make amends, promising to donate some of the money earned from the concerts to “charity”. When that didn’t work, he went to perform for Russian troops in the temporarily occupied Gorlovka, Donetsk region.
Arriving in Donetsk, Kirkorov immediately went to the hospital with a bag of gifts to see the wounded Russian soldiers. There he gave a small concert and promised to pay for the prostheses of the severely injured Russians.
“I have my land, my homeland. I’m not going to leave it, I live and will live here, so it’s important for me to feel the safe shoulder that you provide,” the pop musician told the soldiers. In order to emphasize his endless trust in Russia, he sang the hit song “Snow” to the soldiers, the author of which condemned Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
