Trendy, the Catholic Church in Charente? Certainly ! She is organizing an “after-work” on Wednesday September 15 (an aperitif after work, in good French) in the gardens of the diocesan house, in the presence of a darling singer from “Inrocks” and of France Inter : Matt Low.
“With his 34 years old and his style of writer reclusive in the countryside” (according to the “Inrocks”), this folk-singer likes stripped-down ballads, but also risks more pop ritornellos, where the tempo accelerates. Matt Low has a deep and sometimes rocky voice; his first record is called “La Rués vers l’or”.
The concert will start at 7 p.m. and will last approximately one hour. It is proposed by the diocesan association Forum Magdalena. Free admission.
