After three years since dog abduction – Singer Lady Gaga has a new canine companion.
About three years ago, the sensational kidnapping of Lady Gaga’s (38) two French Bulldogs took place. Today, the famous American singer adopted a new puppy, which also belongs to the French Bulldog breed.
Unexpected Encounter on TikTok
On TikTok, Gaga posted a video on Wednesday of herself cuddling a small French Bulldog with gray, white and brown highlights. She chose her collaboration with Bruno Mars (38), “Die With A Smile,” as the music for the video. The name of the new dog has not yet been revealed, with Gaga simply tagging the video with a snowflake emoji. In the video, the “Joker: Folie à Deux” actress sports black hair, bright lipstick, icy blue eyeshadow and intense eyeliner.
Lady Gaga fans are excited about the latest addition to the family and have already suggested names. One TikTok user suggested “Bruno,” while another suggested “Lady Mars.” Influencer Dylan Mulvaney commented, “I need to meet her immediately,” to which Lady Gaga replied, “She is our new queen.”
Shocking Incident Three Years Ago
Lady Gaga currently owns at least three French Bulldogs – a ten-year-old black male named Asia, and Koji, born in 2015, and Gustav, born in 2016.
The last two dogs were kidnapped in February 2021, following an attack on Gaga’s dog walker who was shot while she was away filming a movie in Rome. It took several days for the dogs to be recovered. One of the kidnappers was sentenced to four years in prison. It was also revealed that the dogs’ so-called finder, whom Gaga was supposed to reward, had actually played a role in the kidnapping.
Since the shocking incident where Lady Gaga’s French Bulldogs were stolen, she has shown her resilience by welcoming a new French Bulldog puppy into her family.
Despite the loss of Koji and Gustav, Lady Gaga’s affection for the French Bulldog breed remains strong, as evidenced by her recent adoption of a new French Bulldog.
