In June 2017, Hazdine Souiri, who worked as a controller for the SNCF, was on sick leave. But, during his break, he made an appearance on the television set of “Touche pas à mon poste”, Cyril Hanouna’s show. He came to present the group’s latest song, renamed T30.
The management of the SNCF has little taste for this televised performance. Hazdine Souiri was then summoned to a disciplinary council, then dismissed by the railway company. Especially since the company discovered that several other sick leaves taken by the singer corresponded to periods of concerts or recordings of his group.
The Lyon Court of Appeal ruled, on September 27, that the elements in its possession justified the dismissal pronounced by the SNCF.
