Singapūras Satīns Dominates Latvian Streaming Charts with “Uz seen” and “Degviela”

“Singapūras Satīns” have returned to the leaders of the streaming chart – their song “Uz seen” with “A-Europa” is the most listened to in the Latvian singles chart, followed by the song “Degviela” in second place, and “Labvakar” together with Ricky Done Did It! is in fifth place. There are two “Singapūras Satīns” albums in the chart – “Super” released this October is at the top of the Latvian album chart and in the ninth place of the combined chart. Meanwhile, “Stonks”, released in 2021, is ninth in the Latvian album chart. The band’s success shows that over the years it has become a stable staple in listeners’ music selections or saved playlists. This means that song rotation is more frequent.

The hip-hop collective “E6” debuted in the third place of the Latvian singles chart this time with the new single “Maldugunis”. It is interesting that “Piparkūkas danco” performed by “Knīpas un Knauķi” from the 2012 album “Kad Mūsu Nebij Māmās…”, performed by “Knīpas u Knauķi”, took the tenth place.

During this year, the new generation rapper Wiesulis announced himself – his and producer sangvn’s debut album “Fianchetto” is in second place this week, tenth in the combined album chart, ahead of the big hip-hop names “Netirās cilpas” or rapper ansi and producer 181h, whose album “Melnezer’s Book ” is a series with domestic rappers, as well as Ozolu with the album “1979”. Wiesul’s and sangvn’s “Italy” is the seventh, but “What?” – the eighth.
