However, persistent pain should not be underestimated; in addition to fatigue, they may also indicate more serious functional problems or structural changes in the knee. These already require a visit from a specialist, such as an orthopedist.

But the simple exercises presented by the physiotherapist Rytina in the video can also help with pain so that you can easily manage them at home. “It is important to exercise once or twice a day to achieve a result,” he added.
