Van Gompel: “I always advise people to train outdoors. Especially now that the weather is nice, it provides an extra mental boost. Ideal is one walking work-out of about 30 minutes. If you do the walk outside, stop occasionally at a bench to do extra exercises,” advises the personal coach.
