Experts have revealed an easy way to free up storage space on your iPhone automatically. By simply changing the message setting, you can instantly reduce the amount of storage you’re using.

Unlock your iPhone, open the Settings app and scroll until you see Messages.
Click the icon, and scroll through the sub-section until you see Message History.
You should then be able to click on Keep Messages, which will give you three options: 30 days, 1 year, forever.
You can choose which one suits you best, if you click on one of the options, you will receive a pop-up asking if you want to delete old messages.
