Big problems Salernitana
The game between Udinese and Salernitana was canceled because the away team did not show up. Salernitana is struggling with some corona cases and was therefore not allowed to travel to Udine by the local health authorities.
The last player from Salerno now has to fear a penalty, but that is not the club’s biggest problem. Serie A announced on Tuesday that Salernitana will be kicked out of the league if no new owner is found before January 1.
The current owner of the club that had been promoted last season owns another club, Lazio, which is not allowed in Serie A. Salernitana must therefore be sold before the end of the year.
