– Simone’s wife says goodbye on Instagram.

Just a few weeks ago they got married, now Simone Lugner (42) has said goodbye to her husband, the late Richard Lugner (1932-2024), on Instagram. In a few touching lines, she sends him a last message.

Richard Lugner was his life’s dream

“You were the dream of my life”, writes Simone Lugneralso known as “Bienchen,” on a portrait of the deceased. “And when I saw you smiling at me, I knew I was yours too,” she continues. The 42-year-old’s profile picture on Instagram is currently completely black, probably as a sign of mourning.

“Moertel”, Lugner’s nickname, married his Simone on June 1 in Vienna. It was his sixth marriage. He had previously married, among others, Christina “Mausi” Lugner (59) and Cathy “Spatzi” Lugner (34), who also expressed their condolences.

“Moertel” remains an unforgettable model

“Richard was my great role model and the person who shaped my life, I owe him a lot,” “Mausi” told the Austrian newspaper “Kronen Zeitung”. She had spoken to him on the phone last Sunday. “I learned so much from him, he believed in me and trusted me.” The previous couple was married from 1991 to 2007.

Richard Lugner was married to “Spatzi” between 2014 and 2016. “When I heard the sad news of your death this morning, I was in shock. Richard, you seemed immortal too,” she wrote on Instagram. And more: “Your determination, your will, your courage were inspiring and contagious. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful moments by your side, for everything you taught me about life.” He will not be forgotten.

“Bien que le mariage avec ‘Spatzi’ ait été bref, lasting from 2014 to 2016, the impact Richard Lugner had on her was profound”, she noted on Instagram. “His marriage to ‘Mausi’, however, shaped my life significantly, and he remains my greatest role model”, Christina “Mausi” Lugner shared with the Austrian ‘Kronen Zeitung’.
