Simona Branchetti replaces Federica Panicucci with Morning News

Simona Branchetti takes the place of Federica Panicucci on Canale Cinque with the new morning study program, Morning News, which started on Monday 26 July.

Simona Branchetti has the task of accompanying viewers in the summer months, waiting for it to resume Morning Five at whose helm Federica Panicucci is steadfast together with Francesco Vecchi. There were rumors of a spin off of the weekend program conducted by Elisa Isoardi, but no confirmation has arrived at the moment.

The fact is that the journalist confirms herself as the queen of Mediaset’s flagship TV, in the morning slot, in the absence of the blonde presenter who enjoys her beach holidays with her partner Marco Bacini and her children, showing off stunning bikini at 53.

Panicucci therefore took the usual break also to stay next to her children, Sofia and Mattia, as she told in an interview with Tv Smiles and Songs: “In the summer I take some time out for myself and try to stay as much as possible with my two boys, Sofia and Mattia, who are now teenagers. We pamper and spoil ourselves ”.

The summer months are the time for her unplug: “I did it as soon as the broadcast ended. I was absent from social networks for about ten days. I needed it”.

And while during the year the appointment with the public of Morning Five it is immediately after Tg5 at 8 am, on vacation: “I don’t wake up but, out of habit, I open my eyes around 5. In this period, with immense relish, I turn away and go back to sleep. My and my children’s day begins when we get out of bed. I read the newspapers as always. Then I have breakfast very calmly. After that we run to the beach ”. So, it’s a time to make up for lost time and be together with loved ones.

Meanwhile the Branchetti, journalist since 2007 on Tg5, replaces it with Morning News on TV. For the debut episode, she presented herself with a perfect working girl look: shirt, cigarette pants and light décolletée. Among the guests, the General Francesco Paolo Figliuolo, commissioner for the Coronavirus emergency and Giorgia Meloni.

The program is signed by Videonews which also produced another in-depth broadcast, broadcast every Monday evening from 26 July, on Rete 4, Countercurrent, with Veronica Gentili.
