After Marie-Rose (Martine Jonckheere) made her third comeback last Friday in family, an old acquaintance turned up in the VTM soap on Monday evening: Simon (Braam Verreth), one of the most discussed characters in recent years.

Four years ago, Simon turned out to be a villain when he kidnapped his great love Stefanie (Jasmijn Van Hoof) and poisoned ‘bomma’ Anna (Annie Geeraerts). He even murdered his conscience and ended up in psychiatry.
On Monday, Stefanie experienced her worst nightmare when she suddenly caught a glimpse of Simon in the supermarket. The preview to Tuesday’s episode already shows that the two are coming face to face again.
