Xiaomi is no newcomer to the field of smart home. It has a wide range of smart devices in its portfolio, from light bulbs to vacuum cleaners. Robotic vacuum cleaners are an industry that Xiaomi relies on a lot. After all, price performance ratio is one of the key requirements for smart robotic vacuum cleaners. The novelty called Roborock T7S promises not only a nice price, but also features that boast the most expensive vacuum cleaners on the market.
The Roborock T7S has prepared a suction power of 2500 Pa for vacuuming, which is 25% more than in the previous generation. Surprisingly, with the increase in suction power, the noise did not increase, which should always be at the same level. The battery with a capacity of 5200 mAh will allow the robotic vacuum cleaner to vacuum for 2.5 hours, while it can map up to 250 square meters.
Also new is the RR Mason algorithm, which reduces the confused movements of the robot during cleaning and optimizes its route so that it does not travel to already vacuumed places more than necessary. There is also a mop, for which the Roborock T7S has a water tank with a size of 297 milliliters, which is enough for 250 square meters.

The main surprise is the charging station, which also includes sucking the mess from the robot into a prepared bag of dirt. The advantage of this solution is that you do not have to knock the collected dust and clutter out of the robot manually. About once a month, it is enough to throw away the bag with the collected dirt, which will make cleaning much easier.
