Silvia Šarköziová was born on November 13, 1973. From the age of seven, she devoted herself to classical music, later she studied playing the viola at the conservatory.

Silvia lost both parents relatively early. “Father had a heart defect, and from a young age we were subconsciously afraid that he would get upset. I lost him at twelve,” she once told Sme. Her father was only 39 years old at the time of his death.
A few years later, Silvia’s mother followed him. “She got cancer and we lived with that fear for the next five years. She was only forty-three years old when she died. I was twenty,” she revealed.

At that time, she was already married to Ernest Šarközi, with whom she has a daughter, Vanessa. „At the conservatory, we went around each other for the first three years. Once, when we missed our Russian class, Ernesto and I found ourselves having coffee, and we’ve been together ever since.” said the musician for Šarm.
Silvia Šarköziová worked in the group Diabolské husle, which after the departure of Ján Berky Mrenica Jr. continued under the changed name Gypsy Devils. She also introduced herself as a singer, she sang two albums of gypsy songs.
