India is experiencing a great wave of protests by farmers due to three laws of the Government that were passed in 2020. Rihana asked on her social networks why nobody talks about it and the Indian actress Kangana Ranaut explained that the protesters were ” terrorists “and called her” dumb “.

The states of Punjab and Haryana produce almost half of the surplus rice and wheat in India. The government used to purchase them at a fixed price and then supply the products at subsidized prices. However, the three laws passed provide that private traders can acquire crops directly from producers. In this way, the Government would stop buying the surplus from the harvest through marketing boards. According to the farmers, this would affect them severely and that is why they continue to demand the repeal of these agricultural laws.
“Why aren’t we talking about this?” Rihanna wrote in time to share a story about the protests after a confrontation between protesters and officers of cop.
No one is talking about it because they are not farmers they are terrorists who are trying to divide India, so that China can take over our vulnerable broken nation and make it a Chinese colony much like USA…
Sit down you fool, we are not selling our nation like you dummies. https://t.co/OIAD5Pa61a– Kangana Ranaut (@KanganaTeam) February 2, 2021

“No one is talking about it because they are not farmers, they are terrorists who are trying to divide India so that China can take over our vulnerable broken nation and turn it into a Chinese colony just like the US. Locate yourself, silly, we are not selling our nation like you fools, “was Kangana Ranaut’s reply.
The exchange of tweets between the two celebrities has sparked a wave of reactions, including from international personalities, drawing global attention to the protests by Indian farmers.
“It is no coincidence that the oldest democracy in the world was attacked not a month ago, and as we speak, the most populous democracy is being assaulted. This is related. We should all be outraged by internet blackouts in India and the paramilitary violence against protesting farmers, “wrote the niece of the US Vice President, Meena Harris.

Meanwhile, netizens shared their opinions for and against what has been happening in India for months during the protests.
“This photo from a few months ago went viral in the media. Peaceful protesters were greeted with brutality, tear gas, barricades, etc. They have been attacked and killed for months. People now misrepresent it to say that the protesters are violent, but only act in self-defense. “
