short description: The 125 m² SILENT LOFT is ideally suited as an event space for seminars, incentive company events, online conferences, workshops, PR & marketing, and team events of all kinds. Especially incentive events, team events and workshops, where the e.g. 50 – 100 pax main group is divided into 2, 3 or 4 smaller groups, we can produce in a good atmosphere and equipment due to the many lofts. Also with film deco from our historical fund or as a themed event e.g. 1001 Nights, Casablanca etc.
This very versatile film and movie location is both a seminar room close to the centre in a green setting and an event room or pop-up showroom, and if you rent the small BAR (25 m²) and the small loft (50 m²) in addition, you can expand this venue to an area of over 200 m².
There are also 2 larger FILM / EVENT / SEMINAR locations in the same property (see below left), which you can also rent as event space or as space for conferences and meetings. Each of these locations has sufficient technology / equipment / facilities.
View to the inside: 3 large factory windows in a room height of over 3 metres on planed oak floorboards and exposed concrete ceiling.
View to the outside: Green forecourt and large green courtyard No. 01 with a beautiful garden close to nature in a pleasant environment and atmosphere. Possibly our goats Leo & Susi graze on the meadow.
